Like, ok, I get it, they hit limp mode and cooked the brakes, but Csaba said something like, "The 370z is simply not a good car." I mean, come on... It was overboard. And I've driven and ridden in 5/6 cars in that test. I'd stack the Z's handling up to any one of them. I'm not saying it's the best, but better than 4 imo. Also, in the objective statistical results, the Z's stats were first and second across the board. |

Laughter that all the import owners still think the Mustang can't handle.

I know some of the guys were having a hard time believing it when I was explaining that the 5.0 was quicker than my 370 on The Dragon.

I don't give a **** if stock brake pads don't hold up. If I track on stock pads, I deserve to hit a wall...then no mention of things like fuel starvation...sure, I pulled over 1g on my z autoXing...and then it wouldn't start to drive me home. |

As crappy as it is, it's still better than a Nazi car.

As we're in a Z thread, I should change my tone. Hold on.
"I think the Z should have finished first in that comparison. Mustangs go straight line, Evos are only driven in the snow, and Miatas are driven by the gays." |

It's funny how we get set in our ways. I was talking to a trackhead down here who is setting up a v6 stang to race...he's put down some preliminary times that are ridiculous. He came from a 350, and said he picked up like 4-5 seconds....he preferred the v6 to the 5.0 because of the balance...Seems to be working for him
