Now for my first "On Topic" post in this thread.

So, for years, car mags have speculated that the next mustangs would have an IRS.

What say you, 5.0wners? Do you really think the next Stang strikes a blow for independence? Or do you think it remans LRA?

Ford had like 4 openings posted for guys with experience doing IRS...my guess would be yes

Hoping it gets done well...I'd pick it up. If not, we will see what's out then

Yes, IRS for next model.

It's also going to be a minimum of 250 lbs lighter. The 5.0 will be direct injected with an estimated 450 hp.

3.7L V6 might be replaced with a turbo 4 banger.

RZ, that sounds like a pretty good indicator.

i'd heard the rumor about the 4 banger from a couple rags and from a buddy of mine who is a mechanic at a Ford dillership.
