theres no reverse lockout? It does come with an LED indicator so you can tell that you're in reverse, so thats better than nothing. Didnt know MGW had one coming out.

Yeah, no lockout which is a big deal when 1st and Reverse are essentially in the same place. Not a smart design, IMO.

I think both Steeda and Barton would be better options than the Hurst... I'll give it an A+ for looks, though. But as far as function I would never use one.

Regarding MGW, they have had something in the works for a while. I'm not sure if it's available yet or not, but it's supposed to replace the entire shifter and mount assembly.

I am going to need to look into this. MGW is a proven company and have made some great shifters in the past.
