He came from a 350, and said he picked up like 4-5 seconds....he preferred the v6 to the 5.0 because of the balance...Seems to be working for him

Yep. I try my best to be as open-minded as possible so I never get stuck in a fanboy rut like most people...

What's funny is, at least in my experience, the 370 gets way more respect on the Mustang forums than the Mustangs do here.

I totally respect the Mustang, I would love to own a Roush mustang one day :yum:

Yeah, brake pads and fluid... w/e. Though it is interesting that of all the cars, only the Z had issues on track. The others were fine. :/

And you're right about fuel starve...

I always forgot about it since it is not mentioned on here much, swapped out my tires and only completed one run... Dead on second run.

I dunno why the z was the only one with issues though... Wonder if they saw ice mode rather than fade?

That's because Mustangs are the devil. You see, the 370Z, if you'll permit me to ramble here, is what God would drive, especially if he intended to have sex wth a successful and hot woman. Whereas the Mustang is what the Devil would drive around to kick kittens and look for anonymous gay sex in an alleyway.

That's not just slander, it's a solid fact. I got it from Ford's webste. It's just in really, really fine print.

On the good mustang forums, yes.

On others...they bitch about losing to the m3 in comparos, and there's a thread full of people that claim they'd never drive a "ricer" m3:ugh2:

Drive it like you stole it

Yeah, AFM. :bowrofl:

TMS is the best IMO. Though sometimes I have to search AFM to find some info that I can't find on TMS.

If I can say one thing I do not like about the Mustang is when you get the Brembo or the Shelby the rear caliper looks gay

this is true, i guess mainly because the mustang is now in the handeling arena where the Z was ALWAYS beating it, and straight line accel was pretty much a drivers race until the coyote motor came...theres allot less fan boying going on when you dont have to defend a vehicle

Yeah, I was talking to some folks at a car show this weekend about it. This little asian dude was like, "front brakes are so big, rear so tiny! why?"

Basically, with the small rear rotors you can fit a 15" wheel in the back with slicks. And even with the small rear brakes, they own the Akebonos!
