It's also going to be a minimum of 250 lbs lighter. The 5.0 will be direct injected with an estimated 450 hp. 3.7L V6 might be replaced with a turbo 4 banger. |

RZ, that sounds like a pretty good indicator. i'd heard the rumor about the 4 banger from a couple rags and from a buddy of mine who is a mechanic at a Ford dillership. |

Yeah, one of the guys I used to work on cars with made it to a final round interview...don't think he got the job though....
Though maybe that's just what they want us to think :ugh2: :rofl2: |

so after we move into the house... and I get back from deployment.. should I trade in the Z and get a GTR, or a 5.0hh
|
Also heard it's not going to be a retro design and will be something new that has some elements of prior mustangs. Ford wants to sell the same version of it in all global markets.

I like the GT-R better, but a 5.0 would save you a ton of money that you could use to pay off your house, save, and mod the 5.0. |

Funny looking back, at the time I couldn't get a test drive in a wrx because of the Subaru insurance issue...but the gtr was no problem. Took it out for half a day with no questions asked.... |

A two-ton four-seater that can lap the world's greatest race tracks as fast as the world's premiere two-seat exotic sports cars, and it costs less than 100k. I prefer a three pedal, too, but I agree, the numbers are awesome. |
