That's true. I guess I should treat it as a one-off event and forget about it.

Like I said before I love the Gadsden flag and believe it should still be the flag we fly!!

Im kinda dreading my drive to ZDAYZ. I get pretty uncomfortable after about two hours in the drivers seat.

When I drove from Phoenix to San Antonio (14 hours straight) I was surprised that I didn't feel more cramped than I did. I only made 2 stops each way for gas/food. I was comfortable the whole way. I would need to adjust every now and then, but it was never uncomfortable.

Of course, come to find out I had a bald rear tire with the steel belts starting to come undone from showing through so much. :icon14: But I guess that's to be expected from putting 3k miles on it in 5 days.

My problem, and this isn't exclusive to the Z, is that my legs are proportionately longer than my arms, so I end up having to stretch my arms more than I would like on cars without telescoping steering wheels. So my arms tend to fatigue on longer drives.

Alchemy, if you cruise with us you shouldn't have a problem. We stop every couple hours and since its a decent sized group we are usually stopped for at least 15 minutes.

Im in the same boat steevie, I either have to give up leg room so my arms are comfortable, or stretch my arms out so my legs are comfy. Only complaint with car manufacturers is more aren't making telescopic steering. :ugh2:

It's why I always look like I just left a colon cleansing center when I'm driving lol

Haha, yeah, I wish I had a telescoping wheel. I would probably bring the wheel 3 inches closer or more.

Idk Steve, on a long drive like that I like to just sit down and get it over with. Although it would be awesome to cruise down in a big group:tup: How many of you guys are there?

:rofl2: Then I could actually sit back in the seat like you're supposed to. :icon17:

I don't need telescoping steering wheels. My limbs are all proportionate to my body.

shadoquad 10-22-2011 02:48 PM

I need a merc with a massage seat and nannies that detect when I'm asleep and autopilot the car to work.

The day they bring a car that drives itself to the market is the day I quit driving

Yeah, I was being facetious, although I know a lot of people who are clamoring for it. To them, driving is a chore and a bore. And they are the reason we have so many accidents, because paying attention to the road is more boring than sending a text.
