The Infiniti M is known as the Nissan Fuga in Japan. It's like taking off the 370Z badging and placing a Fairlady Z badge on in its place. The only difference is, it should be a NISSAN (not Infiniti) Fuga. And because of that, I have to give it a

Yep. If you're going Fuga you should be yanking that Infiniti emblem for a Nissan one.
