I honestly can say that for the OP, this really isn't that bad of an idea. For all the **** people are giving you, at least you kept it within the Nissan family, similar car, just a little more luxury and a little smoother around the edges. In the end, who cares? At least you had valid, well thought out reasons for making the change instead of "more horsepower make me dik hard, me like"

You know....(no flaming please)...that's not a bad looking car. I do agree that the G35 looked better than the G37....but a guy could do worse I suppose.
