I think the G37 IPL is a nice car! I could see myself getting this too, if I needed something more practical...

True enough, the G37 IPL reminds me of excessive use of body cladding, like what GM did in the late 90's with their cars.

AS FAR AS ROAD NOISE... Dude giimmie a break, some continental dws or hankook ventus low profile es4's woulda killed most your problems and dynamat woulda eliminated the issue, all for less than $900. To each his own though. UR GETTING TOO OLD? Sounds like you don't want to let go of your midlife crisis and you should really be in a Cadillac DTS, not an infiniti. 10 more years, I give you before you trade in for Acces-a-ride. Lol All in all.. the G is a great car. I've owned 2, and a ipl at 45k I would consider since I only paid under 39k for my loaded G37s. Have fun in your G. |

When you young bucks were crappin in your diapers I was riding high performance Sport bikes. You want Balls? Try 120 mph on a public road inches away from some guys rear fender. Ive had more close calls then most of you will ever experience So I earned the right to drive an Ole Man's car.
You that live in the Bay area know what I,m talking about, The Sunday Morning Ride, and Skyline Blvd. |

I'm coming up on 69 and the 370Z is my fourth Z. My last Z, that I sold in order to make room for the new one, was a 300ZX Twin Turbo with aftermarket tweaks. Yes, I am starting to slow down. I actually test drove a G37, but just couldn't pull the trigger.

I'm looking to get my handicap tag (VA Disability Rating) so I don't have to park the Z near all these f*cktards....but I'm not that old.

Not really... they feel about the same on the throttle. Its in the turns you feel the difference. Actually the G is more stable at speeds over 100mph. The Z feels more natural in the complicated twists.

I prefer the G35 looks over the G37.
