2009 Motor Trend Car of the Year Winner: Nissan GT-R

I was thinking about the GT-R as my next one but I think I'll get a few year old 911TT just so i can bang gears.

Hey, Chad! Somewhere in the first, long post (above) it states that, when they performed a dynamometer test on her, it posted/yielded 510hp. It was hard to swallow for me, too, but, then again, I'm an ignoramus on automotive stats and mechanics! About the "lever" bit, it just goes on to prove my previous assertion, dude! Thanks for the clarifications. Bottomline: I love the GT-R, but it's waaay outta my league, at pre$ent---especially with the local price for that monZter! The 370 looks a bit more feasible. God has everything in His hands; time will tell. Greetings!

That would put the monZter at, about, 513-520 dynamometer horseys!!! Whoa! How 'bout the torque, does anybody here know the ft/lbs on the beaZt?! Greetings, dudes!

launch control has been fixed for almost a year now no more issues... yes the 2010/2011 GT-Rs do get 5 more HP

the average stock GT-R dynos between 410 and 420 to the wheels on a true dyno
