There is no doubt it will be more expensive in the long run - I really wanted a Z, but I could just not get comfortable in one on a long test drive.

The BMW 335i seats are awesome, leaps and bounds above the Z

Well, yeah, it's a lux coupe (or sedan). It competes more with the G37 in terms of comfort.

You'll get no argument there. I'm just saying, the Z's seats are not competing with 335 seats. Maybe closer to Z4 seats, but even that is a stretch. Maybe closer to GenCoupe or RX8 seats.
