Well, the lots are usually gated off or surrounded by very high curbs the cars can't drive over. And the cars are bunched together surrounded by other cars, so there's virtually no mobility.

Well, that did not take long, for those wondering about the tuning market here is the first turbo setup.

Is it just me or does that intake filter seem a little high - as in, will the hood even close with that thing installed?

If it does close, it won't be getting any cold air up there on top the motor.
