Ive heard of "Ice cream" paint job but Dollar bills paint job?? those are real dollar bills between the paint and the clear coat.... I HAVE NO IDEA how that legals and think the guy can go to jail for destroying government money but I figured I wouldn't say anything and wait to hear about it locally on the news :) :happydance:

accidents are forgiven but painting a car with it between your clear coat is clearly on purpose :)
