The reason its not a switch is because that would subject it to EPA scrutiny. Its more than just a slight few changes... its quite a huge difference in terms of the performance of the car.

Correct, the red key I believe is written in the manual as an 'off-road' feature and does not meet XX standards. Which basically tells you you really need to do nothing with this car if you want to track it.
