Normal key probably doesn't restrict it that much. That would be kinda cool. You give the rpm restricted valet key to drop your car off. They won't be able to rag it then.

The Red key is basically a race tune. It changes something like 200 different parameters in the ecu... the car is pretty nasty with the red key. The reason its not a switch is because that would subject it to EPA scrutiny. Its more than just a slight few changes... its quite a huge difference in terms of the performance of the car.
