g37s Transmission Rreverse Problem

Don't they cut the throttle response in reverse on the automatics of certain cars? I thought I had read that somewhere. How does it accelerates fine if you floor it

Don't they cut the throttle response in reverse on the automatics of certain cars? I thought I had read that somewhere. How does it accelerates fine if you floor it in reverse? (Make sure you have plenty of space, LOL)
