Buying a car from a private party out of state?
 

I've never done this before what should i be looking for and things to do.

Car is located in TX and im in WA.

find someone local to take a look at it for you.. (where is the car at exactly?)

lots of pictures, videos are better, and ask that he include something in the pictures/video that tell you for sure it's their car, and not just some pictures they found on the internet. (Like a sheet of paper with your name on it...)

Its in El Paso, TX

i plan on having him take it to a subaru dealer at the minimum to see if it checks out straight. waiting for a friend to get back to me with the car fax

Is it a fort bliss vehicle? If it is maybe it's on the limon lot. If it's on bliss I might be able to see it.
