i'm guessing the guy who crashed the GT-R didn't have enough time to learn his new car?

20 years old

but with that said if your goin off line in the damn dark that bad then slamming brakes it dont matter how old you are

pencilnink 03-19-2009 11:25 PM

Wonder what his parents will buy him next.

space ship

The driver clearly doesn't know how to drive. He was struggling from the get go. Not to mention it was really dumb to drive like that anyway. That's what race tracks are for.

Anatoray 03-19-2009 11:57 PM

Damn, that's a tough nut to swallow. And it was some 20 year old that probably had no idea about financial responsibility... Normally, in these cases I would like to think the drivers of such expensive cars involved in a night race are aware of the risks and prepared for such a loss, but soemthing tells me this kid was seriously freaking out.

stinhambo 03-20-2009 01:13 AM

That's what I do all the time in Gran Turismo. Luckily I can restart with a new car :)

Nikon FM 03-20-2009 02:02 AM

Painful..........I wonder how good that kids night vision is? It looked like he really couldn't see.

pencilnink 03-20-2009 03:13 AM

^It's not his night vision that failed him, it's the fact that he was trying to hard to keep up with the Evo by pushing his driving capabilities (not the cars) passed what he is capable of doing in such a beast of a car. Guess his 3.5years of driving experience wasn't enough :rofl2:.

Other than that, I wonder how he would explain this situation to his insurance company...

When they are start to show the crash pics, can someone tell me if at time: 2:30, is that an AP1 S2k?

You can tell that guy had no clue how to drive. He was all over it, loosing it in many of the turns.

bullitt5897 03-20-2009 07:49 AM

he had poor entry line with no transition and a horrible drive out of every turn! Every time you hear tires squealing its him! its a sad sad day when inexperienced drivers take to the roads in super cars and wrecking a piece of automotive beauty like that!
