Brakes, will need to change out the rotors with the pads the first time out as per Nissan (this has changed for '12, so they might not be "requiring" this anymore. Changing the rotors w/the pads is why it's around $8K OEM. Get aftermarket pads and rotors and you can drop that down to around $5-6K easily and get better performance to boot. Also, with aftermarket rotors, you'll be able to change pads w/o changing rotors next time so there's $$ saved later.

Under DD conditions, your brakes will go 30-40K miles before needing new pads anyway so it's a ways off.

Transmission service, every 18K under normal conditons, need to replace trans fluid, this is going to run $1500 to $2K depending on if you bring your own fluid (find a deal on the internet etc) or just show up and have the dealership do it.

Tires, will last about 15K miles or so if you're nice to them. they're almost $400 per tire (tire rack prices). They're runflats, which means, if you get a puncture, you'll be hard pressed to find a place to patch them (liability issues) and since you're awd, you'll need to replace in sets of two (fronts or rears) if you've got any significant mileage on them since the difference in aspect rations will screw up your vdc/awd system.

It's a reasonable car to maintain when you think about what you're getting for the $$. If you don't track it though, you're really missing out on what the car was built for and you're just better off getting a nice G37 as a dd.
