The cop that witnessed it said that the guy was lucky to be alive. I beg to differ. Did ya see him ragdoll across the road by chance?

I'll check my sources but I heard he just go out of jail just before the crash.

I did and I'm gonna guess he wasn't wearing his seat belt and that saved his life. He would have been ripped in two otherwise.
