Boris the Russian did it in a 1980s 3 series when I was at MIR last year. It was hilarious... rowing through the gears on your way to 9.58 @ 154. The thing would probably run 8s with a 2spd auto.

I think theres a guy over on the svt forums that posted a sub 10 second pass with the MT82 transmission as well.. lemme look for it..
