No, the gear ratio isn't going to have any impact on ride quality. ;)

Louder exhaust? ahh kinda... my car is pretty loud, exhaust and road noise.

I'll make sure I post a video of how my car sounds with the Magnaflow muffler delete pipes :) yall havent heard loud yet :tup:

Oh lol i have no question that the mustang will be much louder with any sort of exhaust. I just meant that road noise is pretty bad in the Z. The exhaust while no were near a straight piped 5.0, is still pretty agressive.

I hope the build quality has improved over at Ford.

I dumped an 01 GT for my Z and it had 73k on it but it felt like 150k. I love a tourqey V8 as much as the next guy but I can't stand how american cars just simply fall apart just before or definitely after 100k

Ford's quality has gotten MUCH better. I can vouch for that.

I still do not understand the concern over road noise. My Z is pretty quiet. Almost BMW quiet....

i agree, plus its an effing sports car for crying out loud...who cares...I dont want any of my sports car experience dumbed down too much by luxury...

EXACTLY!!!!!! But, that is probally why one of my favorite cars is the GT3. Just raw a raw sports car (but not too raw like the Exige S)... One of these days.....
