The 370 definitely is no slouch. 12s with bolt ons is very impressive for the 3.7L.

Not to be a d-bag... but I was just reading a thread on a Steeda 5.0 with 3.73 gear, Nitto drag radials, front sway bar removed, and a CAI and 93 octane tune... 11.9 @ 116!

Watched some clips.

it does sound nice. V8s ARE my favorite in terms of noise, V6 generally are not loud enough, V10-12 are too screamy. V8 is deep and throaty.

Even when Ford were producing crappy built, slow arse mustangs, the v8 at least sounded right.

I think it sounds OK stock, but I still think its entirely too tame for the beast beneath the hood, which is why I ordered the Magnaflow muffler deletes, i swear my neighbors are going to hate my guts when I leave for work in the morning, just listen to these things:

Can't watch the vid at work, but I'm well familiar with what Magnaflow can do with a v8. My dad's Suburban can be heard approaching from 2 blocks away, even if it's comfortably cruising.

I say go for it! Why not get a loud, in-yo-face exhaust for the stang? They're meant to be nasty.
