Using cheap-*** FLAMMABLE GLUE in the engine bay of a 570 hp $300k supercar = EPIC FAIL!

Now, I feel more satisfied than ever with my $40k Datsun! Really, who's the genius who thought about using flammable glue for a heat shield in the engine bay? Aren't Ferrari engineers supposed to be the brightest in the world or something? Why not just bolt or rivet the damn thing? I hope it wasn't a cost cutting move. With the insane price Ferrari charge for their cars I'd expect no cutting corners or cost saving BS.

I'm sure it was about saving weight.

How the hell is a glob of adhesive lighter than a couple rivets? :icon18:

From what I've been reading, Ferrari will replace their cars! But how cheap can a car company get!
