First Blown Up VR38DETT?

According to some posts on Skylines Australia -Haltech is the first one we have heard of to blow up a VR38DETT.

Well, if you think about it; stuff like this NEEDS to happen. If we don't learn how to break it, we woun't be able to learn how NOT to break it.

About 2 mins after this happened the session gets called off and it's mentioned that there could be oil on the track. I say there wasn't, other wise they cleaned it up pretty quick.

I'd say that it was something along the lines of oil leaking onto something hot and burning, but really I have no idea. For some reason they wanted to keep it quiet
