IF I manage to live long enough then this will be my next car. Has 350 hp with 280lb, 4 wheel drive with a seven speed duel clutch transmission In the meantime I have to live with my 2009 Z

gamallama 05-11-2010 04:18 PM

Well I have to say its anice car and I too would like to have one. Chip it and the TQ goes way up. I had the TT and its a vey nice car and the TT RS is a beast. Dont forget the 5 cyls, the magnetic ride too. And they may not even make it to the states, as of right now. But since we are in a Z forum I will say

kenchan 05-11-2010 04:36 PM

be a nice dd for folks with no kids.

it looks like a smaller VW beetle, always thought the TT's looked feminine and stupid, almost like someone took a watermelon and cut it in half and slapped wheels on it. And as far as the 350hp goes, I seem to recall a particular 350hp model of our car... well until you get it on the dyno :)

weight will be on par with the Z (3200 lbs), so if you want a better performer, dont hold your breath. Oh yeah, they cost more.

The TT looks way better in person. Although I agree about it looking a little more fem than the Z. They also look pretty fantastic black w/ black rims, Or like THIS!

I still think the 370z is far better looking than the TT RS. The numbers are excellent, i bet even better as im sure it weighs less, but lets see where the price starts. THe Z will most likely be a better buy

So many people seem to be "settling" on the Z... Do us all a favor and sell your car if you're just hanging on for the "meantime." I for one am content.

I'm noticing that alot lately, which is beyond me, being that our car is under 2 years old... Although it seems the OP doesnt have a 370.

His profile says he drives a Maxima, but his first post eludes to owning a 2009 370z.

Sigh.. Hating on the Z is at an all time high.

My dad just picked up a 2011 TTS roadster in bright orange. Apparently it's the only one in the country. And I have to say, it looks HOT. I'm a little jealous...he refused a trade for my Z. At least my Z still sounds better with the Stillen exhaust and HFCs.

I'm letting him pamper it for a couple weeks. Next weekend, I'm going to show him what it can do. Looking forward to trying the dual clutch flappy paddle gearbox and magneto dampers.
