Do you think I could buy one and use it as my comfy daily driver?

its an extended exige with a corvette engine. Most unoriginal thing ever. fast yeah, but no merit in it.

how would this car handle? with the extra bulk of the corvette engine i'm sure weight distribution will be affected. and with such a lightweight chassis, would the car be able to generate traction to use this power let alone the 1000hp planned version?

Again, check the dates. He has done a 180 since then, not saying he is not a "douche" type of person, but his business has turned around by hiring proper management and people who know how to get things done.

The vette engine is alum and is very light. Its lighter than some V6's actually. For example, the weight distribution barely changes in an RX-7 when you swap a newer LSx motor into it.

how about the traction issue? how can such a light chassis compress the rear tires enough to generate traction for the engine's power? racing slicks seem almost mandatory for such a car.

theDreamer 03-31-2010 01:26 PM

Well I can bet it is running 335 wide rear tires which will help a good bit, I would say no matter what it is going to spin in first and probably a good bit of second. I think the idea of this car is to be an "ooo we did this."
