Fast Evo! And lousy GT-R driver omg, see how he could catch up on straights and how fast the GT-R is, but every corner was just ftl. :shakes head:

What an idiot, insurance is for crashes. Just claim you crashed on a curvy road. No fraud there.

vipor 03-16-2010 10:11 AM

Screwed himself royally with the video.

Jay Chen reported to his insurance company that his sister, Tracy Chen, had crashed the GT-R on a freeway. Jay withdrew that claim, then filed for another one three months later. Investigators were tipped off when the body shop tasked with repairs reported that the car had been sitting in their facility since March. When investigators started looking around the Internet for evidence, they came across this crash video and were able to build a criminal case.

Jay is charged with six counts of felony insurance fraud, Tracy faces one count.

Really! He wasn't on a track so all he has to say is he was driving too fast for the road and lost it...

Telling the truth = No jail for insurance fraud! :icon18:
