I think we have a law too, but for the most part, the only full-size trucks out here that have flaps are bone stock.

I have been in one and they are a hoot, They have multiple traction settings too, and active decent control, they are truly an amazing piece of engineering. My truck is currently set up with Radflo's coilovers which are pretty similar to the fox set up on the raptor, It is an awesome feeling to run through huge bumps at 40+ and not feel a thing.

Red!, your truck is sick man! I love how easy it is for a ford to stuff 40's! I had to go to 10 inches of lift just to get my 37's underneath the Titan.

Even before I got the Z, I was always annoyed when a truck launched a small rock or general crap from the road that hits my truck's windshield, which ain't exactly low to the ground! Yeah, I've got a small lift and larger than stock tires but I kept my flaps on. Also, anyone else annoyed with big trucks and HID bulbs that either aren't aimed properly or are not housed in a proper projector assembly?:twocents:

The cops used to hound me for mudflaps, so then I bought my huge flaps you can see in my display pic and it blew up into a craze in my town, so many trucks have them now. They cops here are dic*s about mudflaps.

Oh and to answer your question about modding the Z, well lets just say I'm well on my way. I love modding vehicles myself because of what I learn in the process of doing it. Its very rewarding making your vehicle better or more personnal and learning something along the way.

Is that a 7.3 or a 6.0? And are you running a programmer.

I'm just going to assume that you have checked out what Spartan has been doing with the 6.4:happydance:

I actually almost bought a 6.4 p-stroke instead of my Z. If it wasn't for the fact that the new 6.7 powerstroke was about to come out I probably would have. :shakes head:

haha I just put HIDS in the titan and I give a hole drivers the blinders all the time at night. My low beams are super low, but my high beams are set to kill.

If you've got wide open spaces, though, go for it!

In Utah pretty much everyone has big trucks so it's kinda the norm, I didn't realize what a pain in tight areas trucks like mine are until I bought the Z. None the less my Titan can still turn tighter than most stock trucks and it is fun to be able to be a bully on the road if I have someone hassling me.

I swear I never get cut off in my truck but I am constantly cut off in my Z. I think it is just the attitude of people in Utah that if your in a smaller car no matter how fast that car may be, they will just cut you off.

7.3 larger garrett turbo, 5"exhaust and a programable edge tunner stackable with a 100 hrp gain right now. if these tires wern't $600.00 a piece i could sit there and burn them off, no prob!!!!!!

My buddy had a 7.3 cc with short box, it was a great truck. The edge tuning seems to work really well on the 7.3, since they are out here in Utah a ton of people run em.

What garret are you running? 3771rs?

I also feel you on the tire situation, when I was running the 35's the Titan would burn em, but the 37's are a whole new story, lets just say the Truck doesn't appreciate the extra weight! hahah

Cool, my next truck will be a diesel for sure, I love the Titan but I tow so much that the extra grunt of the diesel would be great.

I went back and looked at the pics of your truck again and I must say, you have done an amazing job of keeping that rig clean, It is a beautiful truck man

thank you, the key is not taking it off road and tearing it up. shitt cost too much money to just destroy. they start making weird noise and the drivetrain becomes loose, this thing actually drives like it was stock and the mickey thompson are the best damn tire i ever had, these things are quiet and great wear!!!!!wheels on the other hand are a piece of shitt and would throw them abck threw the window of where i bought them if i could
