Got a new daily driver...

2010 Sentra SE-R Spec V I pick it up Tuesday, haven't even driven one before. Anyone out there who has? I was able to find one fully loaded with nav.

Lightbulb Got a new daily driver...

2010 Sentra SE-R Spec V

Curious as to what others who have owned Sentras think of them.

Thx

We had one in the family years ago...an '04 and it was a fantastic car. I'm sure you'll be pleased with it.

Good to hear. Was yours the SE-R or standard Sentra?

Not really, I drove a base sentra, and could easily enough drive it as a daily driver. There was only 1 of the SE-R spec V in my entire region and they had to dealer trade 2 cars for me to get it. Seems like Nissan doesn't fully load many of the cars they actually sell...

Can I ask how much you paid? I am looking for a daily as well. I am thinking the new Ford Fiesta based on the price and fuel economy. I love driving the Z every day but since I got it people tailgate me and drive along side me more than they did when I had my RSX and it annoys the crap out of me. I saw a few civics for extremely cheap brand new but I would like to get an Altima but I gues the sentra is the next best thing.

I got it out the door for $21650, sticker was like $24025 or there about. I was really sold at Nissan's 0% for 60 months. From what I understand the Spec V is the same motor as the 2.5l altima 200hp.

they are cool rides. great little drivers i prefer it over the civic. looks are nice, engine got good power especially when the car isn't that heavy. the transmission is slick and the the shift points it picks are pretty neat. Great DD as you already got a sick 370Z. have fun with it man.

Thanks, I am strangely looking forward to delivery of the Sentra, even tho I know this will not even come close to the Z.
