Imagine waiting for your new Ferrari for like 2 years and walking into the dealership wen it arrives to see it on its arse!!!!! Bt not first picture ive seen where driver ruins a car! I think there is a picture with an Aston also in the same predicament.

The driver is definitely looking for a new job! The thing that sucks is that car won't be totalled and insurance will only fix it. That dealer still owns that car as new and has to sell it.

FYI- In NY we don't need to disclose any damage on a new car unless it exceeds 5% of the original MSRP!

You beat me to it. I would probably still buy it after all it is a Ferrari.

spearfish25 01-31-2010 10:32 AM

I feel for the customer who ordered it. Apparently Ferrari has a few years wait on new orders. If you order a 458 Italia now, there will be a new model by the time you get it!

Interesting article, albeit from 2007: http://www.leftlanenews.com/ferrari-...36-months.html
