I know this is just a rendering of a "hopefully" new RX7, but I like the looks of this one. Actually like it more than the Supra.

Yeah, kinda. But without a lot of the Supra's overstyling. I think it looks good.

Love it. Was a rotary fanboy for most of my youth and had a 2G RX-7 Turbo back in the day.

yes, I believe it is much classier than the Supra. The Supra looks like a gizmo to me.

The picture Zingston posted looks like an RX-8 with sleeker headlights and missing the rear doors... can't say I see much Supra in it.

I agree. I see no resemblance to the Supra at all.

Unless what they're saying is it looks like a Supra because it's a front engine, rear drive, two door coupe sportscar, then yeah i totally see it. LOL!

Reminds of what an updated Maserati gran turismo would look like.

This barely has any cues of the actual concept. At least Mazda is patenting their own engine, transmission and parts... whatever it becomes it will be a true Mazda.
