I would pretty much bet if you walked in and dropped 84-85,000 bucks on the table or had a check that they would take it.

11K miles white with grey interior... looked brand new never launched or anything it sold to a member on NAGTROC for 63,500. it was a trade for another (color) GT-R the dealer just wanted out of it since they just got in two 2010 white ones...i went up to the dealership and looked it over for them to verify the condition.

Great price for a clean used gtr. They seem to be dropping pretty quickly in value. I suppose if you
bought early at the first msrp of about 75 you'd make out ok.

no doubt the GT-R is a high performance car but if i had a budget of around $100k to spend on a car, i would spend it on an audi r8 instead because it looks like a supercar and it is available with a manual transmission too.

good god with the missinformation, why do people post this stuff when they have no idea what the truth is?

and there are too many GTR's sitting around at dealerships at or below invoice to be charging 10k over sticker. that was a good way for dealerships to make up the money cost up front to become a GTR dealership (training, equip, etc) but this late in the game, as sharif stated, they are just trying to gouge someone who doesn't know

the only R8 you could get for that price would be the v8 (which is not a bad thing) that performs well sure enough, but isn't on the same level of performance as the GTR. and i bet the maint. costs are about the same or close. if that was the case and it was my money, i'd want the faster car. don't get me wrong tho, i LOVE the R8, it's gorgeous and has rewritten the book for sports car design (just look at how many cars are incorporating lots of LED's into the design of the headlights now). but it just can't compete with the output of the GTR... yes i am a GTR nutswinger lol

edit: although i do myself like rowing the grears of a true manual transmission, the GTR's transmission (remember it IS a REAL manual, just automated) is a great trans, despite the bad press it gets, and is a lot of fun to drive with (trust me ), especially on the track i'm sure

While the GTR is quicker, I'd take a V8 R8 in a heartbeat over the GTR. I've met a couple GTR owners now and they are disgusted with Nissan. Despite buying an $80k car, you're still get the service quality and warranty of a Versa. Sure the V8 R8 (and V10 really) are slower than the GTR, but they are more exotic, are backed by a better company, and will turn more heads. I've driven an R8 on a track and it's an absolute hoot...best car I've ever driven. Haven't had the pleasure of driving a GTR yet. Only stalked by one (see picture on left).

although i can't argue with the statement about service quality and warranty, the dealership is supposed to have one service writer and one technician to work specifically on GTR's. they are supposed to be trained how to handle not only the car but the customer as well. if they are not, they should call NNA and let them know. i'm not talking about whining about the car but the actual service they are getting. i know some GTR techs and they all say they were given explicit instructions to take extra time to do things and make sure they are done right the first time. it is hard to give a customer proper service for a car costing so close to six figures from a dealership that sells cars for almost four figures. back when the GTR was still in development it was rumored that it would only be sold and serviced at infiniti dealerships for this exact reason. and even tho it's a nissan, that kinda makes sense

Adjusted Market Value: +$10,000?

In what country or part of the world they have been living for the past 2 yrs? Does recession, poor economy, war, and unemplyoment rings a bell to these dealers?

Now, if I really wanted a GT-R, I'd imagine $10k wouldn't make a big difference as I'd also have enough to cover $90k vs $100k. However, I have a HUGE problem with giving a dealership $10k for no good reason.

Thoughts?
The dealer is ripping people off...My friend got his brand new GTR for invoice..he was out of there with the car less than an hour..the deal went through within 10 minutes
