Presenting, the Infiniti Black S by Renault

If this is the same mgu-k tech that Renault has been producing for its F1 cars and its customer teams like Red Bull would you trust it?

Hopefully some of those tech goodies trickles down into a Z35 :stirthepot:

From the look of it the car looks heavy still. Even though they tried keeping its weights with carbon fiber panels I wonder how much the battery pack in the back seats impacted handling. And 21” wheels!!! Lol

Dope.

Not *that* heavy for a twin turbo hybrid street car. I wouldn't want to own one out of warranty though lol.

Nice to see Nissan doing this. They've been going rather tame lately.

Very interesting.

The complexity of hybrid systems make me disinterested in tuning a performance version of one.

It's the type of car that you trade in before the warranty is up. Pity the fool who buys it after the warranty is up.

Surgery needed to get that shape nowadays.

Looks promising and would like to see F1 tech made available to those who can afford it. As much as Infiniti/Renault aspires to get this out in 3 years, the market will dictate not now padawan because trucks and SUVs rule. The other thing is.......its a POS Renault.

Looks amazing. But I don't like cars that have added hybrid/electric power tech just for the sake of adding technology and being able to boast about it. Look how well that worked out for the Acura NSX.

They won't build it like the last four high-performance oriented concepts they've released, so they can kick rocks in flip flops.
