That's DSG fart sound from Golf R when the gear changing. On the 1st run, the golf shifted too early when it's launch.

Are they like that stock (the Buble at decelerations). I see tons of people have it on their bmw, etc and vw now. I should say I hear it since I don’t drive much

Stock Super has crackle sound and the US R does not. You need to tune the R to get that crackle sound.
