Got the wife her dream car today... Hurricane Irma sale...

Took the week off to detail the Vette and my Nismo. Still working on the Vette. It had water spots from H E double hockey sticks. Just about done so

Took the week off to detail the Vette and my Nismo. Still working on the Vette. It had water spots from H E double hockey sticks. Just about done so I can coat it with Ammo Reflex, Ammo Skin, and then a paste wax. My new Rupes orbital's are awesome. It is soo much easier to polish a car than it was back in the 80's and 90's. Yes, I use to use a Rotory polisher. These DA's are easy. My Nismo is next.

No thanks, It is taking 2 1/2 days to do each of mine. I just about done with the Nismo. I have been polishing all day and will finish that up tomorrow. I have the back bumper to do. Then it will be coating time, wait 2 hours and apply sealer. I gotta jump on a plan Sunday, I have to finish tomorrow. Ugg.

100 gal of diesel. 7.5 mpg. 2200 miles one way. Avg gal is around $3.25.

2200 miles Div by 7.5 = 294 gals x 3.25 = $956 one way x 2 = $1912 round trip, or there abouts.

Oh, Bobby is in Az. And you would have to clean it again when we get back.
