The GT-R is tough to beat in the corners, yes it has a lot of tech but you cannot deny it takes it to another level others are not at yet. Many are still fighting a HP power race, but Nissan took a different route.

:iagree: When someone looks at it's weight, they usually don't even think it's be a good competitor on the the track. Then, GTR usually takes the trophy home by proving everyone wrong! I'm sooooo tempted to get one

There's word on the street that Matt (MC) is trying to sell his? :stirthepot::icon17:

Really? Is he going to a newer GT-R or onto something else?

CBRich 12-13-2009 09:59 PM

I'll take one of each please. I was at the Nissan dealership picking up some parts with my son yesterday in the Z. The manager there was telling me I needed to step up to the GTR since it has a back seat. Maybe that will get my wife on board . . .

That is the way I think about it, 370z is now when I am by myself (with a girl) so no need for the backseat. Though if a child pops up I would be more than happy with a GT-R, "buy honey, it has a backseat and look how big it is, perfectly safe." :D

im curious to what it will be worth then aswell... the used market is not as strong as i had thought and alot of new ones are sitting on lots aswell.... ive seen alot of 09's with 10K miles go for 66-69Kish all day long

nissan sold 92 in the US last month... thats the least since its been out over here...

ive got 11K miles on mine. prob will average 7K miles for the next 2 years so 25K miles in 2012... i hope it will level off and would bring mid 50's

if that rumor is true about the hybrid electric engine technology for the front wheels... we might be talking a 90K plus R36.... thats a 40K difference

alot of things could happen between now and then who knows...... i do keep having a reoccuring dream that i get a used silver 370z as a daily driver...hmm
