No idea what the adjuster is going to say for the total. But I insured everything on the car, including the wheels which are $5K wheels. So at least 27-28K for the car (at the minimum otherwise I'm fighting it) and 5K for the wheels.

I thought about it, actually. I'd have a 16-18K down payment. But I think I'm going to stick to the Z06. After driving both the Z34 and the Z06, I can't deny how amazing it feels. The Z34 feels really good and solid. It drives really well, and you don't need to wait for the power to get going... But the Z06 pulls like a freight train all the way through the power band and really keeps you in your seat. Handling seems about even between the two, and the interior on the Z34 is a bit nicer. But the Z06 IMO looks a bit more aggressive and gets 5-10MPG more. LOL

Damn!
From a fellow vette owner I'm sorry to see that. Glad you're ok though. You can pick up a '06-7 Z for about 35-40K with low miles. Are you on the corvetteforum.com? I loved my '04 modded Z but it's in Bahrain now Good luck with your search Z06STAN |

Crash, I'm very sorry to hear about the Vette but happy to hear you're alright and doing well!
I know you won't get the GT-R but maybe a Twin Turbo Z34?
