2016 Nissan JUKE

Guys,

Do any of you own a late model Nissan JUKE? My wife is wanting one and I was wondering what current and previous owners thought of them. I was thinking it would be a nice addition to our Z, but???????

Any opinions appreciated!

GTI > juke

It's very compact but still has a useable back seat if you needed it. Trunk space is also tight due to the angled rear hatch so you lose half of the cargo space. But overall I really enjoy it. It's a fun little car, I find myself driving it more often than my Z.

My wife had an AWD Juke in 2013. From what I remember, it was a fun, quick, and nicely-equipped small crossover for around $500 a month. Would I buy one again? Probably--for the simple reason that the Juke allowed me to "turn off" my Z-induced car OCD. I mean, it did things well, just not well enough for me to really care about it.

The Juke has a unique driving character. If you get any seat time in one you'll see its actually incomparable to a typical hatch like a GTI. The Juke is it's own thing and I like that about it.

I have plans to lower mine in a near future to turn it into a hatchback but for now I enjoy driving a "normal" car :happydance:

We have a 2012, Trunk is seriously unusable.

Gas tank is also small, which shouldn't make much sense but does make me feel like we are ALWAYS stopping for gas on road trips.

No issues mechanically though.

I did a days worth of auto-x in an AWD Nismo and absolutely fell in love with it. Then the new Nismo came out drool....

It isn't the fastest by any means, the CVT leaves some to be desired, and the manual version is just alright, but its a quirky, fun and thrilling car for sure! If my wife and I could afford a 3rd car, that'd be it!
