The leaks are about as real as the camo panels on the test mule. Good click-bait for these car sites, but it also maintains hype without very much effort. I wonder how many times they will contradict themselves between now and October.

It seems whatever Nissan and Mazda will show for the Tokyo auto show will be true concepts, but since we have only seen a test mule for the FT-1/Z4 it looks like it has a head start.

Same story, different site. They refer to it as "co-developed with the Bavarian manufacturer" (i.e., BMW).

This definitely not it, the interior and rear are straight out of the gt86

I dunno, the front and side pics looked a lot like the test mule to me. Harder to tell on the rear.

I saw a comment that the interior was similar to the 86, but generally much nicer, including a fancy "jet fighter" style start button under the gear shift knob.

Also, the T-top is a likely thing to have on the Supra, but not the 86.

Are the dimensions the same as the 86? I thought it looked a lot longer and wider.

Ah, okay. So nothing official on what -- if anything -- that car is intended to be. If you look at the test mule, there's a lot in common, right down to the LED head lights and the front fascia. My guess is that that concept is more or less the same as the test mule, but they tacked a few other things onto it so it could be pushed out on stage (e.g., odd single exhaust rear).

I had high hopes since they started with such a great looking concept, and I liked the new Lexus coupe.

But they screwed this up.......looks worse then the older eclipses. damn

A "Corolla with a body kit" would be a huge disappointment, regardless of how good it looks.
