That rendering is sweet..doubt if it will look anything like it. Had the an s2k when it first came out..was not that impressed no power at all and screams like its going to blow up reving to 9k. Only thing I liked was the stock recaro seats.

S2K was definitely a momentum car. I drove a friends with bolt ons and suspension and it was a lot of fun.

My 13 year old FD3S was much more fun it this was before I went single turbo.

Probably will hit the market right around the same time the Z36 does.

I had two S2000s before the Z and I loved the car. In fact, I was looking for something with similar driving characteristics but with just MORE of everything (power, refinement, features) and that led me to the Z. I'm excited that Honda may bring it back, but if they're targeting the Miata demographic (which makes business sense because it's got to sell and be profitable to be realistic), I don't think it's going to be anything I'd be interested in. I always felt the car needed at least another 50hp...

pretty sure it's all rumors. That's not an official rendering by any accounts. I don't think there's been any credible word that they are looking at making an s2k successor.
