2015 911 Turbo S

I just watched a video about the 2015 911 Turbo S. God, it my dream car. He went through a foot of snow, no issues. Went to grocery store, showing DD abilities. Took it to a track and did some tests. 60 took 2.56 seconds. Quarter over in 10.9. The Ferrari 458 "Especialay (spelling)" did the track in 1.14.42, same driver, similar conditions, Turbo S did it 1.13.66. Car is astonishing!!

Agreed. The only car I'd consider besides my Z!

yeah that car is awesome. Heck, a normal 911 is cool!

With the right tires, a 911 can be driven all year long. But you really need dedicated winter tires mounted on separate rims from your summer tires, if your in snow or really cold temps. Winter tires are not as wide. I got caught up driving mine in temps of 19 degrees at night, coming across the mountains, with MPSS and it was sketchy...really had to concentrate on what I was doing.

I don't know if it would even need to be a Turbo S...or a 911 even. Blizzaks are a modern marvel.

I work on these cars. They are truly amazing. The acceleration under full boost is time warp speed. Merging onto freeways is fun. VERY fun lol. "Oh Prius you aren't going to let me in? naaaaaah" *full boost*

Oh man that car is amazing. For the price though it may be too sleeper. Those things optioned out match the price of an Italia (base version). I feel driving one of those would feel more special. If it were my money, I would get a GT3 RS for the same price as the TTS. Way more special, way more eye catching, wayyyy less depreciation.
Sad thing is, most TT S owners will never explore the potential of their car. I bet every GT3 RS owner knows exactly what their car can do!

I my 'Hood I see a MILF that drives a 997.2 911TT cab, to her its just a fashion accessory (like a Hermes or YSL handbag) and I doubt that it ever sees a back road for fun. So sad, but the next owner will get a lightly used 911 when she trades it on a 991 version of it. Then she will be up to date in her fashions. My Porsche sales guy loves those customers, they come in and shop (just like for handbags), drop the check and off they go.
