Very clean. I can't imagine spending that much though for the restoration.

I saw your car at the Z show a couple of weeks ago, and I can honestly say that the pics don't do it justice. It's beautiful, my wife and I both voted for it in your class.

If you still need to get that head unit straightened out, try Bobs Radio he's in St. Charles. He is factory certified to repair Bose and several other factory systems, very reasonable, and guarantees his work for a year.314-229-9946. I had him repair the Alpine head unit that was in my Lincoln a few years back, and he did excellent work.:tiphat:

The Z is fresh. I can see this price tag for full restoration. Those seats are showroom fresh. I hope you are loving it. I know I would!

I looked into having the interior done on a 2004 Tahoe because it was dirty, scratched, and kid contaminated (you know that there is no cleaning that). They wanted north of 8k to replace the seating surfaces, headliner, carpet, and recondition surfaces (panels, dash, pillar trim, etc). I can see how most of this was spent on look good restoration. Not to mention the VG30 (turbo or non turbo) is a beast to maintain because of the how it is shoehorned into the bay.

I think I have one in my toolbox. PM me if you are interested. I don't know if it works or not. I don't even remember where I got it from. It was back from the day of me working as a tech.

I just went and looked, it is not a bose unit. Model #PN-9553D. It is a Clarion head unit.
