The camaro interior will be ALL NEW. If i had to speculate? I'd say the camaro's new interior will probably be stellar. GM has really stepped up to all interiors minus the camaro.

I hope so. I still don't care much for the exterior design of the Camaro, but at least if they fix the interior I know I'll have a nice rental when I go to Disney World.
I have a habit of getting convertible V6 Camaro rentals everywhere I go.

See i think the camaro exterior is SICK... There's just so many on the road that it just gets borring. But when I see the rarer, 1LE, ZL1, Z28... It brings me back to when the camaro was brand new.

Personally I am not a fan of the camaro's exterior, but I do know that its performance is just crazy. Reviews are stellar for that machine. And of course the new interior will certainly be a step up, but none of those pluses can make up for my (subjective) view of the car. Also outright track performance is not what I'm into (which is why I've never looked into getting a C7, which I know is an amazing car), and I am somewhat unfairly biased against the mustang/camaro. Maybe that's because the wife likes the mustang so much and its apparently a rule that we can never agree on anything relating to cars.
The one American car I would buy though is the Ford Focus RS. Which is built in Germany

Haha I wish! A45 is amazing. Imagine a true M car 1 series hatch though. Similar to a M2. Now THAT would be sick.

The Focus is a fun car. We had a ST for a while, but at times you realize you're still in a Focus. The RS is going to be a lot of money for what is basically an economy car.
I'm sure it will be a blast, though.

Wow so had my wife go check out the M3 in person (with a 35 item checklist of things to look for) and the car is essentially brand new. No wear on seats or dents on the doors. The car is also fitted with a BMW M Performance Exhaust ($3.5K) that the dealer was not aware of! Only issue was a couple paint chips and a scrape on the front bumper. I called and complained about it and asked for them to touch it up before I pick it up. Guy calls back and says they wouldn't be able to guarantee paintwork if it was a touch up job, so they're just gonna repaint the entire front bumper!

It's at a BMW dealership, right?
BMW has absolutely blown my mind with their level of customer service. These guys bend over backwards for me at every chance they get. Never experienced anything like it.

Yes it is. I know right?? I had no idea there were dealers like this. Glad to know I'm not the only one and that I can expect this kind of treatment in the future.

I was in love with the engine performance but felt my Z still is a better handler (koni yellow, swifts, eibach sways, alignment)

What year 335 did you look at? The F30 feels a lot bigger than the old E90/E92 and a little more numb thanks to the electronic steering, but it's a very good car overall. I like the styling more than the E9X and the new interior on the M Sport cars is great... best steering wheel out there! The car is incredibly economical as well. The N55 sips gas on the highway. We've averaged as much as 37 mpg on longer trips averaging more than 70 mph. Driving back from NYC a few weeks ago I did around 34 at 75+ mph average. With mixed cycle (mostly city) driving we average around 22-26 depending on how aggressive we are. We have the ZF8 automatic which is an amazing transmission. Almost instant shifts! That said, the E9X is a better car dynamically, and the old N54 is much better if you want to mod. I had the pleasure of driving old forum member JeffBlue's 2009 E92 335i earlier this year. He has KW V3s, M3 front/rear sway bars and bushings, and just about all of the bolt-ons. The steering is worlds better than both the F30 and my Z. The suspension felt very good, probably better than my Z, and of course the car is far more balanced. The power out of the n54 is ridiculous as well - he was making something like 360whp and 450wtq on pump, making for an amazing street car. The only thing I didn't care for on his car was the shifter feel -- earlier BMW manuals are notoriously rubbery. In short, the F30 M-Sport is a great compliment to the 370Z (or whatever your sports-car of choice is) as it tends to blend elements of the previous E9X and a 5 series (a little bigger, a little more of a luxury feel.) A modded E9x, however, would be more of a replacement for your sports car. They are really good driver's cars!

Steve did you take that pic? Excellent photography! What type of camera and lense did you use?
And you optioned that car perfectly. Exact combo I would've gotten. 37 mpg?? Man that thing just takes light whiffs of gas. One downside to the e92 m3 is burning through fuel like a flame thrower.

And yes, the F30s are amazing on fuel. There is a pretty heavy focus on efficiency from an aerodynamic and engine standpoint. The F30s recover energy from coasting and braking to charge the battery so only a small alternator is required. You're right about the S65 and gas. Low teens in the city and high teens, maybe low 20s on the highway. It's a thirsty V8 but the theater is absolutely worth it!
