2006 Mitsubishi Evolution 9 Fresh Fully Built Motor
2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR with Freshly Built Engine and 5 Speed Transmission Conversion with an Exedy Twin Disc HD clutch. The 5 speed transmission has a little over 6500 miles on it. The car is Igloo White with Black interior and the chassis has 87,573 miles on it.
The block is an AMS built 2.0L with the Manley I-Beam connecting rod and copper o-ringed deck options. The engine has only 1250 miles on it, which includes the 1000 mile break in prior to the tune. I have itemized receipts for the build totaling over $17,000. The build was completed by KT Motoring in Chatsworth. The car is tuned on dual maps, one for 91 octane and one for E85. Car is running E85 at the moment but switching maps takes seconds. Car is tuned on the stock ECU via open source flash. On the E85 Map, max boost is set at a very conservative 29psi tapering to 26psi. On E85 the car makes 427whp and 400wtq. On the 91 Map, max boost is set at 23psi and the car makes 336whp and 320wtq. These numbers were made on a Dyno Dynamics AWD Dyno, which is one of the more difficult types to make big numbers on. In other words, the power and torque numbers themselves are conservative! The car has never been in an accident and has all original paint, no bondo! The car has some dings and crease on the the passenger side quarter panel. This is how I bought the car. The dealership did not have the quarter panel repaired because the paint is all original and I agree that retaining the original paint and avoiding non-essential bodywork is the smart choice. Overall the car is in excellent condition considering it's 7 years old. I work nights so I am generally asleep for a good portion of the day. Best method of contact is via email. Serious buyers only please, no tire kickers or joy rides. Test drives will be at my discretion. If you aren't prepared with cash in hand or financing in place, it would be advisable to have those arrangements made beforehand. Below is a list of all modifications.
