2008 G37S Modified (Air Suspension, Wheels, Bolt ons & Tuned) or Part Out

OK, my G37S is officially back up for sale. This time its serious. Ive already got a buyer for the air if no one wants the car as is. I would ideally like to sell as is because someone can get one hell of a deal plus it would save me a lot of time. The car is mostly the same since the original posting, with these exceptions.
My priorities have shifted and with this sell I will be freeing up a lot of equity to make progress and start my adult life (just turned 21, work full time for a very good company, and would like to get my own place).

Installed Last season 2011:
-One-off Bagyard/ RideTech air suspension (have oem suspensions too)
-ISS Forged Wheels
-New Falken Tires
-Greddy Exhaust (have oem catback too)
-GTM Resonated Test Pipes
-JP Visage Lip Kit
-Fresh-ta-Def Duckbill Trunk (have oem trunk too)
-Lightly Tinted windows
-HPS intake tubes and AFE air filters (have oem tubes and filters too)
Added This Season 2012:
-Hotchkiss Sway Bars
-Swapped Greddy exhaust for Exoticspeed CBE, less than 1500 miles on it
-Different set of ISS Forged Wheels
-Uprev tune @ ~300rwhp by JDS Motoring. One of Two New Jersey UPREV PRO Tuners

STILL UNDER FACTORY EXTENDED WARRANTY:
-The vehicle received a new transmission, clutch assembly, and flywheel under warranty upon my receiving. A rear axle was also replaced under warranty. Car is Certified Pre-Owned so the factory warranty has been extended to 10year/100k miles which means there is 5 years left on full warranty and Infiniti roadside service.

Same great condition as always and evident by the many, many online pics floating around. Just showed at WekFest East and stopped everyone in their tracks, even better when i told the judge there it is my Daily.
That is also my reason for my selling it. I cant bring my self to daily this car anymore, i feel bad putting the miles on it and not being able to keep it garaged as a weekend/ fun car. I feel like im not giving it the complete care it deserves. Its always been properly maintained and ive only put on ~7500 miles since i originally made the thread about a year ago. Mobil 1 synthetic, regular car washing by myself only and annual professional detailing by Oakes Detail, the premier detailer in the tri-state. Also, still under factory warranty which is transferable to the next happy owner.

Onto the price break down. All prices are firm and i consider them VERY fair given the amount of quality parts on this vehicle and what it would cost you to buy a G37S from a dealership with similar or more miles.

$28,500 - AS IS - wheels, air, everything and all the stock parts i have for it including original trunk, suspensions, intakes, exhaust, accessories

$25,500 - NO WHEELS - get everything listed except the ISS wheels. would come on stock 370z 18s, they clear BBK without spacers, and new tires. These wheels are a PERFECT stance fit. One off transparent turquoise finish with huge step lips. These would cost you upwards of 4500 brand new with tires and they have only been on the car since April 2012.

$23,500 - NO WHEELS / AIR - stock suspension (removed around 23k miles) and the 370z wheels. all the other performance/ handling goodies included.
