Nope still trying. She wont budge much on the price either because her son had paid her off the amount he owed on it so she doesn't want to lose too much money

Mothers are too forgiving sometimes. I'd have left the cause years ago. We just want this thing sold.

I need to take pictures of the engine. You can literally east off of it, it's that clean.

Shame man. Those cars are awesome for dragging, and one has the best color, hands down.

Crash 06-23-2009 04:13 AM

Yeah. I still sort of miss my Trans Am, especially because a bunch of my friends still have LS1 F-Bodies. But I'm still not going to buy another.

Tim 06-24-2009 01:37 PM

No offense to Crash, but many ls1 guys and/or trans am guys just suck (i just say this from Jacksonville, FL) unless you're one of them (again just my location). I've had a friend go a-hole when his trans am was to fast for imports and select domestics and he hangs out with jerks every saturday night instead of us but anyways that is an awesome car and someone is going to love that thing and take care of it. gl with your on going sale and dont sell it to a rich kid with monies from m&d racing unless it's a lot of money i guess, you will find someone who will buy that.

(but i do give respect to their cars being fast):icon14:

No offense taken... I know a LOT of LSx guys on their high horse about being the king d!ck on the road.

I have 3 friends with LS1 Datsuns. (a 280z and two 260zs) They're the most c0cky SOBs ever. Trust me, I truly believe that MOST LSx guys are full of themselves.

Greasy 07-08-2009 02:25 PM

I should grab it... it would match my v6.
Done with the fbody crowd though :p

Crash 07-08-2009 02:28 PM

LOL! Yeah. I'm not going to buy another F-Body. Especially after today.

I'll post up pics of my new ride later on. ;)

I would consider storing it for another two or three decades. Mass production cars don't usually reach very high values, but this is a limited production special edition of the Camaro correct? Who knows, maybe in fifty years it'll be on Barret Jackson being auctioned off at $250,000 or some crazy price to some Joe Dirt who won the lottery. :P

Crash 07-21-2009 04:29 AM

It's not limited edition unless it's got the 35th anniversary stripes and a 35th anniversary badge. Although, it is definitely a "last of the breed" car.
