2006 STi - Very Clean

I fell in love with this car and specifically pursued it from the previous owner, but it spends 99% of its time in the garage.

Details:
The water pump is starting to drip from the weep hole, which means it's about time for a replacement. I have a brand new Gates replacement, just lack the time to get to it.

Year- 2006
Miles - 98,500
Exterior 8.5/10 – Fully detailed regularly. I can point out each ding/scratch.
Interior 9.5/10 - Exceptionally clean and still smells new.

Miles on short block rebuild - approx. 18,XXX miles
Short block rebuilt with JE forged pistons and King main and rod bearings, ARP studs, etc. by Turn In Concepts in Cincinnati
Have $5,999 invoice/build sheet from Turn In Concepts, Dyno Sheets, and Injector Flow Bench table results.

Update: Water Pump, Tensioner, and Timing Belt were just replaced with a new kit from Gates.

This car needs nothing (well the OEM "big wing" would be nice), goes like hell, and looks beautiful.
