Selling my 2012 G37

PRICE IS FIRM AND SET TO SELL considering book value is 18,900. I need to get rid of a car payment so the car will go to carmax before Christmas if its not sold privately. I drive the car everyday so mileage might go up a little but the add will stay updated.

I have owned the car for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed it but it needs to go as im trying to buy a house by the end of the year. Never smoked in, always garaged, and the oil was changed every 4500 with full synthetic. I am the second owner and I bought it Certified pre-owned from Infiniti of lake Norman with 21k miles. The car is up to date with all of its services. The car has the typical road chips and stuff from being driven on a daily basis. Clean CarFax and no issues what so ever.
