As long as you haven't had a CEL in the last 100 miles, you should be fine. Also, There is no CA smog required on any 370's yet. Is it

As long as you haven't had a CEL in the last 100 miles, you should be fine. Also, There is no CA smog required on any 370's yet. Is it just required because your transferring in from another state?
